1. Introduction

Deposit Policy

A deposit of $2,000, charged in the customer’s local currency (CAD or USD), is required to reserve an order and initiate the order verification process.

Submission of a deposit does not constitute final acceptance of the order. All orders are subject to review and confirmation by Bunkie Life.

Order Verification

Following receipt of the deposit, Bunkie Life will contact the customer by phone or email to review project details, availability, logistics, and any other relevant requirements.

Bunkie Life reserves the right to accept, decline, or request modifications to any order at its sole discretion prior to final confirmation.

Application of Deposit

Once the order is confirmed, the deposit will be applied toward the total purchase price.

Non-Refundability

Deposits are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. The customer acknowledges that the deposit secures priority in scheduling, reserves inventory and production capacity, and compensates Bunkie Life for administrative and opportunity costs.

Customer Acknowledgment

By submitting a deposit, the customer agrees that:

• The order is subject to verification and confirmation by Bunkie Life
• Production, scheduling, or fulfillment will only proceed after confirmation
• Changes or cancellations after confirmation may not be permitted or may incur additional fees
• Full payment is required prior to delivery or shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing

Currency & Pricing

All prices are displayed in the customer’s local currency where applicable. Final charged amounts may vary due to currency exchange fluctuations, financial institution fees, or applicable taxes. The customer is responsible for any such variations.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after submitting a deposit constitutes a breach of these Terms. Bunkie Life reserves the right to recover all associated costs, fees, and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws in Canada and the United States, Bunkie Life’s total liability relating to any deposit, order, or agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer.

Liquidated Damages

In the event of cancellation or non-performance by the customer after submission of the deposit, Bunkie Life reserves the right to retain the deposit as liquidated damages, representing a reasonable estimate of losses, including administrative costs, lost opportunities, and reserved capacity.

3. SMS Terms & Conditions

3.1 Opt-In & Use

By subscribing to our SMS service, you agree to receive up to 1–2 text messages per week from Bunkie Life. To subscribe, you must voluntarily provide your mobile number.

3.2 Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply. Bunkie Life is not responsible for any charges billed by your carrier.

3.3 Opt-Out

You may opt-out at any time by replying “STOP” to any message. Once we receive your opt-out request, messages will stop promptly.

3.4 SMS Disclaimer

Bunkie Life is not liable for delays, delivery failures, or damages arising from the use of SMS services. You assume all risks associated with SMS communication.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website—including images, text, graphics, logos, and digital assets—is the property of Bunkie Life or its licensors. You are granted a limited license to view the material on this website, but not to copy, reproduce, sell, or republish it without permission.
